1. Payment methods

You can choose between 3 different payment methods.

Payment in Advance:

After your order you will get an order confirmation via E-Mail with all the bank and order details. Please transfer the total amount to our bank account. After payment arrives your ordered products will be shipped immediately by UPS or E-Mail.
If you don't get any order confirmation please tell us; in this case perhaps you have forgotten to click on the "Buy" Button.
If we won't get any payment within 10 days we will cancel your order without further request.

Payment by credit card:

You can pay with your credit card (Visa, Master or American Express). After charging your credit card we will ship your ordered products immediately by UPS or E-Mail.
Credit card fee is 5%.
Please note that you have to print the order form out if you use credit card payment. Please sign it and send it back by fax or E-Mail scan.

Payment by Cash on delivery:

You will pay total amount to your UPS parcel deliveryman.
Cash on Delivery fee is 6 €.
Cash on Delivery payment is only available within European Union.
Cash on delivery payment is not available with E-Mail shipment for instance upgrades.

3. Tax free shipment within the European Union for companies

We can deliver to you tax free (only available within Europe). Please tell us your tax number and correct company adress before ordering. Thanks.
